We are a small family owned business and can easily handle any type of real estate appraisal need. We are also capable of delivering reports in a variety of formats. Including but not limited to ENV, XML, and PDF. We are EDI capable and can upload or email to AMC companies, lenders, and/or individuals. Thomas B. Jones, III (Tom) has been providing appraisal services for over 30 years. He specializes in single family residential homes, land, commercial appraisals, income producing property, and industry. He is also FHA and VA certified for both Alabama and Georgia. Thomas B. Jones, IV (Tommy) has been appraising property since 1994 and specializes in single family residential and land appraisals in Alabama. Our appraisals are used for property purchasing and selling, tax purposes, refinance, property estate settlement and divorce, PMI removal, tax appeals, and tax purposes.

Jones Real Estate Appraisals, LLC is independently owned and operated by our senior appraiser, Thomas Jones, III.

Mr. Jones has lived in the Eufaula area for 52 years and has extensive knowledge of the area. Thomas B. Jones, IV has called Eufaula home his entire life. He has extensive knowledge of the area as well. Both appraisers have a great working relationship with local real estate agents and banking institutions.

Our firm serves the following areas:
In Alabama we serve the entire county of Barbour and Bullock along with Quitman county in Georgia. We also service parts of Henry & Russell counties in Alabama and parts of Clay county in Georgia.

Both appraisers are FHA certified.
Thomas B. Jones, III is also VA certified, an active member of the Eufaula Board of Realtors, the Eufaula MLS, and is the current broker for Mossy Oak Properties of Eufaula.

Thomas B. Jones, IV is an active member of the Eufaula Board of Realtors, the Eufaula MLS, and is in active agent specializing in land sales with Mossy Oak Properties of Eufaula.
